NICE CXone Engineer

TL;DR

NICE CXone Engineer (CCaaS): Development, testing, and delivery of the NICE CXone software platform with an accent on Contact Center technologies including IVR/ACD, VoIP, Email, SMS, and Chat systems. Focus on designing and developing features in CXone Studio, C#, ASP.NET, unit testing, code reviews, resolving defects, and supporting production environments.

Remote (Philippines, Manila), ability to work US daytime hours required.

What you will do

• Manage Contact Center as a Service (CCaaS) software and apply domain experience with NICE CXone and CXone Studio.
• Enhance and improve software in CXone Studio, C#, ASP.NET as part of the project team.
• Code, test projects, and deliver high-quality software on time.
• Attend meetings, training, and collaborate with system analysis and project management.
• Implement NICE CXone software across all technology tiers including design, development, unit testing, code reviews, defect resolution, and production support.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, or engineering preferred.
• 3+ years’ experience in NICE CXone and UC environments.
• 1-2+ years of software development including design, coding (JavaScript, Python, Java, C++), and testing real-time systems.
• Experience with enterprise-level CCaaS architecture, network infrastructure.
• Team player with desire to work in fast-paced environment and excellent customer-facing presentation skills.
• Existing knowledge or certifications in NICE CXone and process automation technologies.
