What you will do

• Coordinate all aspects of project implementation, working closely with clients and internal teams.
• Conduct kick-off meetings to review expectations, timelines, and project deliverables.
• Train clients on hirify.global solutions and procedures to meet their specific business needs.
• Manage project workflows and timelines, ensuring consistent updates and milestone tracking.
• Monitor implementation plans against contract agreements to ensure client expectations are met.
• Mentor and coach colleagues on products, internal processes, and industry standards.

Requirements

• Experience in researching, analyzing, and documenting technical findings.
• Strong ability to influence others through the explanation of policies, facts, and practices.
• High attention to detail when supporting cross-functional teams.
