What you will do

• Own end-to-end production for 1-2 vertical short drama series, including episodes and trailers.
• Utilize in-house AI copilot tools for casting, character consistency, and trailer generation.
• Develop original scripts with a focus on hooks, cliffhangers, and narrative escalation.
• Direct, edit, and finalize each episode independently.
• Collaborate with AI Content Creators, technical teams, and the executive board.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience directing or showrunning short-form narrative video.
• Proven experience with vertical drama platforms.
• Strong scripting instincts and ability to manage minute-to-minute escalation.
• Experience or familiarity with AI generation tools such as Runway, Sora, Kling, or Pika.
• English: Perfectly fluent (C1) required.
• Location: Ability to work fully remotely (Work From Anywhere).
