What you will do

• Produce and edit visual elements using AI-assisted tools like Heygen, ElevenLabs, and Kling alongside Premiere Pro and After Effects.
• Collaborate with creative directors and scriptwriters to translate storyboards into high-quality video content.
• Research and test new generative AI tools to identify opportunities for creative and workflow improvements.
• Optimize production pipelines by integrating AI automation for rotoscoping, compositing, and lip-syncing.
• Maintain visual consistency, pacing, and narrative flow across AI-generated characters and environments.
• Document workflows and contribute to process improvements for AI-based production.

Requirements

• Must be based in Costa Rica, Mexico, Colombia, or Spain.
• English proficiency required for all communications.
• Proven experience in professional video editing and post-production.
• Strong familiarity with AI-driven creative tools for image and video generation.
• Solid understanding of storytelling, motion design, and visual composition.
• Ability to adapt to evolving workflows and experiment with emerging technologies.

Nice to have

• Experience with ComfyUI or Automatic1111 for granular generation control.
• Basic 3D skills in Blender or Cinema 4D for reference geometry.
