What you will do

• Own end-to-end production for 1-2 vertical short drama series, consisting of 10-15 episodes each.
• Utilize in-house AI copilots for character consistency, casting, and trailer generation.
• Write original scripts with a focus on hooks, cliffhangers, and minute-to-minute escalation.
• Direct, edit, and finish each episode independently.
• Collaborate with AI Content Creators, technical teams, and the executive leadership.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience directing or showrunning short-form narrative video.
• Strong scripting instincts for narrative tension and pacing.
• Proven experience with vertical drama platforms.
• Hands-on experience with AI generation tools such as Runway, Sora, Kling, Veo, Pika, Higgsfield, or Seedance.
• English: Perfectly fluent (C1+) required.
