What you will do

• Evaluate and implement latest technologies for API design, highly available scalable distributed systems, and multithreaded/asynchronous applications focusing on performance and security.
• Build, deploy, and operate hirify.global services.
• Design, develop, and own new features and services as a key contributor to the technical roadmap.
• Partner with product, security, operations, and cross-functional stakeholders to align on requirements and schedules.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience in cloud computing technologies or related fields.
• 2-3 years hands-on backend development with Go, Python, Node.js, C++ or similar.
• 2-3 years solid experience with Linux OS.
• Experience in networking technologies.
• Solid experience with GCP/AWS core services, data structures, databases (Redis, Postgres, MySQL, Druid).
• Experience with development tools: Git, Jira, Confluence, Jenkins.
• Experience with GKE, Docker, Terraform, Spacelift (ideal).
• Adapting engineering best practices: test-driven development, continuous delivery, scrum, automation.
• Strong communication skills, proactive, self-motivated, organized with attention to detail.
• BE/BTech or Masters required.

Nice to have

• Good working experience in GKE, Docker, and deployment tools like Terraform, Spacelift.
