What you will do

• Design, build, and maintain reliable backend infrastructure for the core security platform.
• Drive architecture and scalability enhancements to support high-throughput cloud runtime data and AI workflows.
• Collaborate with product managers and security researchers to translate complex requirements into code.
• Implement robust data pipelines and optimize application performance for maximum speed.
• Own end-to-end feature delivery from initial design through to production deployment.
• Improve engineering practices by introducing smart automation and clean code methodologies.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in backend software engineering within a fast-paced product company or startup.
• Strong proficiency in Python, including deep knowledge of its ecosystem and asynchronous programming.
• Polyglot mindset with proven experience using at least two different production languages.
• Proficient use of AI tools (e.g., Copilot, LLMs) to streamline coding and optimize workflows.
• Solid foundations in software design patterns, data structures, and microservices architecture.
• Must be based in the EMEA region.

Nice to have

• Experience in cybersecurity, SaaS, or Cloud Security domains.
• Hands-on experience with AWS/GCP, Docker, and Kubernetes.
