What you will do

• Design and implement large-scale superconducting qubit architectures
• Develop new devices and perform component testing for advanced hardware
• Deliver and maintain production QPUs to maximize uptime for users
• Research quantum control and calibration techniques for dual-rail cavity qubits
• Drive quantum error correction research for near-term and fault-tolerant systems

Requirements

• Masters degree in quantum computing or related experimental field, or Bachelor's plus equivalent experience in quantum technology
• Strong background in device design theory/physics, E&M quantum modeling, materials loss analysis, cryogenics/wiring, quantum control, or measurement
• Proficiency in scientific programming and data analysis (Python, Rust, Julia, MATLAB, C/C++ or similar)
• Ability to design and execute projects from concept to validation independently or in teams
• Demonstrated initiative, self-motivation, and strong scientific communication skills
• Strong teamwork in interdisciplinary physics and engineering teams
