What you will do

• Work closely with digital strategy teams to understand client needs.
• Create high-impact design solutions for digital projects.
• Design websites, infographics, email graphics, and social media graphics.
• Support the design team from ideation to execution.

Requirements

• Solid understanding of digital design, motion graphics, video editing, accessibility, and responsive design.
• Expertise in creating and optimizing animated GIFs.
• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Comfort with fluid work schedule, including day-of hours.
• Effective oral and written communication.
• Passion, integrity, and energy.

Nice to have

• Background in politics, fundraising, or advocacy.
• 2+ years full-time freelancing experience.
