What you will do

• Define domain-specific quality success metrics and develop project-specific SOPs and QA rubrics.
• Perform structured QA passes on design deliverables, identifying and resolving defects to meet client technical standards.
• Provide targeted remediation notes and advisory input on design tools and workflows.
• Vet technical contractor talent and provide actionable written feedback to improve output quality.
• Curate "gold standard" design asset libraries for calibration and comparability.
• Advise on technical scoping, requirements, and handle edge-case scenarios like new branding guidelines or accessibility requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Design.
• 5+ years of professional experience in graphic design, branding, or visual communications.
• Expert proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and Sketch.
• Proven ability to establish and enforce high technical standards in visual design.
• Experience producing technical documentation, quality rubrics, or training resources.
• Fluency in spoken and written English.

Nice to have

• Experience in UI/UX, Motion Design, or Accessibility Design (WCAG compliance).
• Experience with product storytelling and MVP scoping.
