What you will do

• Converse with AI models on studio workflows, conceptual art challenges, color theory, composition, and motion design
• Verify artistic terminology, design logic, character development, perspective drawing, and rendering techniques
• Capture reproducible error traces and document failure modes in model reasoning
• Suggest improvements to prompt engineering and evaluation metrics for visual communication

Requirements

• Live in the United States (pay determined by geographic location)
• Expertise in illustration, graphic design, digital painting, animation, 3D modeling, visual storytelling, concept art, and design theory
• Knowledge of color theory, composition, motion design, character development, perspective drawing, UX/UI design, rendering techniques, and cross-platform visual communication
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Visual Arts, Digital Media, Design, or related field
• Professional portfolio, exhibition experience, or hands-on work in Adobe Creative Suite, Blender, Procreate, Figma, or Cinema 4D
• Clear, metacognitive communication skills (showing your work)
