What you will do

• Collaborate with producers to craft clickable title and thumbnail combinations at production start.
• Create shot lists needed for thumbnail execution.
• Produce 3-4 thumbnail options per video and handle 1-2 rounds of feedback.
• Work with Audience Development to unify thumbnail style across the channel.
• Archive thumbnails and projects in centralized database.

Requirements

• United States (remote) – must be eligible to work in the US.
• Proven experience designing highly clickable thumbnails for creator-led YouTube channels.
• Ability to identify and communicate overt and subtle design trends.
• Strong familiarity with A/B/C testing thumbnails and titles.
• Regular consumer of YouTube content in news, business, non-fiction, and explainers.
• Obsessed with evolving YouTube trends and styles.
