What you will do

• Apply deep learning and machine learning techniques to confidential NLP projects.
• Build and optimize models for text analytics, machine translation, dialog systems, and knowledge bases.
• Collaborate with the team to integrate intelligence into hirify.global’s product suite.
• Tackle challenging problems requiring strong algorithmic understanding.

Requirements

• English fluency with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Solid fundamentals in mathematics, statistics, and machine learning theory.
• Minimum 3 years of commercial experience in natural language processing, understanding, or generation.
• Proficiency in at least one programming language (Python, C, C++, Java, etc.).
• Experience with NLP tools (NLTK, CoreNLP, Gensim, spaCy, etc.) and ML frameworks (TensorFlow, Keras, etc.).
• Knowledge of text analytics, knowledge base construction, machine translation, or dialog systems.

Nice to have

• Experience with modern deep learning in NLP (sequence to sequence, attentional models, etc.).
• Advanced degree in CS, ML, Math, Stats, Physics, or Computational Linguistics.
• Text-based IR (Lucene, Solr, Elasticsearch) and big data (Hadoop, Spark).
• Fluency in multiple languages and proficiency in additional programming languages.
