Pay rate: $55 - $75/hour, up to 15 hours per week

What you will do

• Proactively monitor deliverability health across client roster, identifying reputation issues, inbox dips, authentication failures, and blocklist risks.
• Diagnose root causes of incidents and lead mitigation with mailbox providers, ESPs, and partners.
• Review and advise on email authentication (SPF, DKIM, DMARC) and sending infrastructure.
• Interpret data from Inbox Monster or similar tools to provide actionable recommendations.
• Advise teams on best practices, train internals, and manage vendor relationships.
• Support high-volume planning and distinguish issue types like infrastructure vs. content problems.

Requirements

• 4+ years hands-on email deliverability experience, preferably high-volume agency environment
• Demonstrated success in diagnosing authentication failures and provider escalations
• Deep knowledge of SPF, DKIM, DMARC, alignment, and bulk-sender requirements
• Experience with monitoring tools like Inbox Monster, Everest/Validity
• Ability to interpret signals and act under tight timelines
• Clear communication of technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
• Cross-functional collaboration and independent consulting in fast-paced settings

Nice to have

• Experience with nonprofit/political email, rapid-response fundraising
• Familiarity with campaign-season pressures and high-frequency sending
• Client-facing meetings and digital fundraising tools knowledge
• Internal training materials and seed testing experience
• Pattern spotting across accounts for preventive strategies
