What you will do
- Create and deploy engagement and fundraising email campaigns using internal tools.
- Manage communication processes and deadlines with clients and internal teams.
- Research and develop online fundraising strategies, including talking points and communication calendars.
- Build digital user journeys to raise awareness for social, environmental, and political issues.
- Collaborate with technology and creative teams to manage project timelines and resources.
- Ensure high quality and optimal user experiences for all digital communications.
Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience, including past internships and part-time work.
- Strong writing, editing, and quantitative reasoning skills.
- Proficiency with Excel or other data-processing software.
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be based in one of the approved US states listed above.
Nice to have
- Experience setting up digital user experience tests, such as email A/B tests.
- Experience with mass emailing systems (e.g., EveryAction/NGP, Salesforce Marketing Cloud).
- Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS as it pertains to email or web.
- Background working with political campaigns, nonprofits, or interactive marketing companies.
