What you will do

• Serve as product knowledge expert for hirify.global platform, advising on optimal solutions and best practices.
• Oversee multiple client and internal projects, monitoring progress, risks, and dependencies.
• Enforce delivery standards, conduct portfolio reviews, and ensure quality and go-live readiness.
• Act as key contact for client executives, providing visibility through governance meetings and reporting.
• Collaborate with architects to validate technical and functional solutions, drive risk mitigation.
• Capture lessons learned, integrate into frameworks, and mentor teams and partners.

Requirements

• Proven experience in program/portfolio management across multiple projects.
• Ability to conduct high-level solution estimations and guide best practices.
• Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills, including CxO communication.
• Structured thinking, flexibility, and result orientation.
• Fluent English required.
