What you will do

• Manage HR administrative tasks including benefits, compensation, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
• Resolve employee queries by collaborating across the People organization to ensure alignment across EMEA countries.
• Prepare monthly payroll inputs and support operational process improvement initiatives.
• Partner with EMEA and Global teams on finance, tax, and compliance matters.
• Maintain HR policies, procedures, and ensure HRIS (Workday) data accuracy.
• Develop team-facing knowledge bases and support the training of new team members.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience as an HR Advisor or HR Generalist.
• Proven experience in HR shared services and administration within the EMEA region.
• Practical experience with payroll inputs and HRIS, preferably Workday.
• Proficiency in Google Suite.
• Experience in identifying and implementing process improvements and participating in project delivery.
• Location: Must be based in the Dublin City Centre Office

Nice to have

• Written and verbal communication skills in German or French.
• Knowledge of HR best practices in France, Spain, or Germany.
• Experience contributing to large-scale system implementations.
