What you will do

• Design and deliver scalable automation solutions using Microsoft Power Platform, SharePoint Online, and Camunda.
• Develop low-code and pro-code applications including Power Apps, Power Automate flows, and Dataverse.
• Build and maintain workflow orchestration and BPMN-based processes to ensure scalability and observability.
• Implement integrations between enterprise systems and APIs using modern architectural and engineering practices.
• Extend platform capabilities using C#, .NET, JavaScript/TypeScript, Java, or Azure services.
• Collaborate with product owners and analysts to support agile delivery and continuous improvement of digital capabilities.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience designing and delivering scalable automation and workflow solutions.
• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse).
• Proficiency in one or more languages: C#, Java, or JavaScript/TypeScript for pro-code extensions.
• Experience with API integration (REST, event-driven patterns) and database modeling (SQL Server, Dataverse).
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and version control (Git).
• Location: Must be able to work hybrid from Southampton, London, Luxembourg, St Helier, or St Peter Port.

Nice to have

• Experience implementing workflows using Camunda or other BPMN platforms.
• Knowledge of RPA tools such as UiPath, Blue Prism, or Power Automate Desktop.
• Experience with MuleSoft or Azure services (Functions, Logic Apps, Service Bus, API Management).
• Microsoft Certified in Power Platform or Camunda Developer certified.
• Awareness of Azure AI capabilities and interest in AI-assisted coding.
