What you will do

  • Design, build, and maintain production-ready automation workflows using n8n.
  • Develop and manage integrations with external APIs (OpenAI, Google Workspace) and internal services.
  • Integrate LLM APIs into automation pipelines for data enrichment, classification, and content generation.
  • Collaborate with Product, Sales, and Operations teams to translate business pain points into technical specifications.
  • Establish the technical foundation for automations, ensuring scalability, reliability, and detailed documentation.

Requirements

  • 2-3+ years of experience in Automation Engineering, Technical Operations, or Backend Development.
  • Deep, hands-on expertise with n8n or similar platforms (Make, Zapier).
  • Strong technical foundation in REST APIs, webhooks, and JSON data structures.
  • Fluent in both French and English.
  • Analytical mindset capable of deconstructing business complexity into logical operational blueprints.

Nice to have

  • Experience with HubSpot CRM APIs and automation features.
  • Knowledge of scripting languages such as Python or JavaScript/Node.js.
  • Previous experience working in a fast-paced scale-up environment.
