What you will do

• Develop complex Power Platform solutions (Power Apps, Power Automate) that exceed the capabilities of citizen developers.
• Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the design, build, test, and deployment of Power Platform solutions.
• Support and promote the Power Platform Centre of Excellence (CoE) toolkit and governance standards.
• Manage the full SDLC from requirements gathering through to deployment and continuous improvement.
• Provide ITSM support, including incident, change, and problem management within an ITIL framework.
• Mentor citizen developers to improve delivery quality and adherence to best practices.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience working with Microsoft 365 and Power Platform.
• Proven track record with Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven), Power Automate, and Dataverse.
• Practical experience designing and working with databases or data repositories such as SQL and SharePoint lists.
• Experience working in an Agile environment within multi-disciplined teams.
• Solid understanding of ITIL processes regarding Release, Deployment, and Change Management.
• Ability to translate complex business requirements into innovative technology solutions.

Nice to have

• Experience working with Dynamics 365.
• Proficiency in PowerShell, JavaScript, and JSON.
