What you will do

• Provide 2nd and 3rd line support for Power Platform, SharePoint Online, and Camunda workflow solutions.
• Investigate and diagnose complex, high-impact incidents to ensure resolution within agreed SLAs.
• Perform configuration changes, data corrections, and fixes following strict governance and change control.
• Conduct root cause analysis across application logic, data, and automated workflows.
• Develop and implement continuous improvement enhancements for existing solutions.
• Maintain technical support documentation and provide knowledge transfer to the Service Desk.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience in application or systems support within a Microsoft-centric environment.
• 1+ year of experience supporting Microsoft Power Platform and SharePoint solutions.
• 6+ months of development experience in Power Platform or PL-400 certification.
• Experience with SharePoint Online administration, including Lists, Libraries, and Security management.
• Ability to follow structured troubleshooting and analyze logs to identify root causes.
• Must be based in or able to work hybrid in Southampton, London, Luxembourg, St Helier, or St Peter Port

Nice to have

• Experience building integrations via Power Automate or Azure Logic Apps.
• Exposure to REST/SOAP web services and Azure Functions.
• Experience working with Microsoft SQL Server.
• Awareness of Camunda workflow automation platforms.
