Location: Flexible model: Office in Málaga (Spain), Hybrid, or Full Remote (within Europe)

What you will do

  • Own end-to-end SAP authorization design and implementation for S/4HANA Finance, Retail, EWM, HR, and IDM.
  • Lead the design and continuous improvement of authorization concepts to ensure global security and compliance.
  • Govern user provisioning, role design, and access changes, focusing on segregation of duties (SoD) and audit requirements.
  • Manage SAP GRC Access Control processes, including ARA, BRM, and Emergency Access Management (Firefighter).
  • Perform security assessments, risk analysis, and root-cause troubleshooting for authorization issues.
  • Act as a key interface for internal controls, audit, and compliance teams during remediation activities.

Requirements

  • 4-7 years of hands-on experience in SAP Authorizations within complex system landscapes.
  • Expertise in at least two SAP modules (FI, FI-AA, CO, MM, PS, Retail, HCM, or EWM) in S/4HANA environments.
  • Strong working knowledge of SAP GRC Access Control, specifically SoD analysis and role governance.
  • Experience supporting long-term SAP programs, rollouts, or continuous operations.
  • Solid understanding of audit and compliance frameworks such as SOX.
  • Fluent English is required.

  • Knowledge of German language.
