What you will do

• Work with presenters on live and pre-recorded shows to deliver engaging, brand-aligned content.
• Drive audience engagement through caller moments, competitions, and interactive elements.
• Collaborate with social and entertainment teams for multiplatform content.
• Manage pre-record logistics, including studio bookings and briefings.
• Edit high-quality audio for on-air playout.
• Ensure compliance with Ofcom and internal editorial policies.
• Troubleshoot live technical issues with operations team.

Requirements

• Strong audio editing skills (Adobe Audition)
• Experience with radio playout systems (Zetta a bonus)
• Deep passion for brands and contemporary music (chart, pop, dance, throwback)
• Understanding of compelling content for young, diverse audiences
• Confidence working with high-profile talent
• Excellent planning, communication, and organisational skills
• Experience producing live radio in fast-paced, high-pressure environments
