What you will do

  • Provide day-to-day coordination support for the Branded Content team across audio and video projects.
  • Contribute to brainstorming innovative content ideas that align with client briefs and the hirify.global Studios brand.
  • Maintain accurate status trackers, planning documents, and campaign results.
  • Coordinate project workflows from ideation through to final delivery, managing feedback and approval rounds.
  • Liaise with internal Commercial, Editorial, Production, Legal, and Compliance departments to ensure smooth execution.
  • Provide general administrative support to the wider department.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a creative or project management role.
  • Experience within the media, podcast, or digital landscape.
  • Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail.
  • Confidence in managing diaries, meetings, and multiple simultaneous deadlines.
  • Proactive mindset and strong collaborative communication skills.
  • Must be based in London to work from the Leicester Square office.
