TL;DR

Location: Basak, Lapu-Lapu City, Philippines. Must be local; no relocation or visa sponsorship provided.

What you will do

  • Manage the availability and strategic positioning of repair components and service parts across various locations.
  • Handle customer inquiries through customer service, providing timely feedback and updates.
  • Execute spares budget, initiate part purchases, and perform variance analysis.
  • Review and provide disposition for excess and obsolete parts.
  • Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and implement corrective actions for late shipments.
  • Collaborate with the Supplier Management Team and global cross-functional teams to optimize delivery and cost.

Requirements

  • Degree in BS Industrial Engineering or equivalent.
  • 1-3 years of experience (fresh graduates are also welcome to apply).
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and core MS Office applications.
  • Strong analytical skills, assertiveness, and excellent communication.
  • Must be local to the position location; no relocation or visa sponsorship available.
  • Willingness to work on shifting schedules as needed.

Nice to have

  • Knowledge of Business Intelligence (BI) and automation tools.
