Ecommerce Intern (Ecommerce)

Ecommerce Intern (Ecommerce/Shopify): Managing e-commerce campaigns and optimizing the customer journey on Shopify with an accent on campaign execution, SEO, and stakeholder management. Focus on improving webshop UX, monitoring performance via Google Analytics, and coordinating product launches.

Location: Hybrid in Amsterdam; must be living in the Netherlands and enrolled in a school for the duration of the internship

What you will do

• Support the full campaign process for product launches, including objective definition, copywriting briefs, and Shopify content creation.
• Optimize the Shopify-based webshop and customer journey using UX insights and performance data.
• Assist in SEO optimizations and the development of new site features.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as creative, brand communications, and customer service.
• Monitor live campaign performance and execute growth plans for online customers.

Requirements

• Currently studying for a relevant commercial HBO or university degree.
• Must be living in the Netherlands and enrolled in an educational institution.
• Proficiency in English is required.
• Strong alignment with the mission to end exploitation in cocoa and a proactive, entrepreneurial mindset.
