TL;DR

Legal Operations Intern (Legal Tech): Supporting the implementation and optimization of a new Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) system with an accent on process design and workflow automation. Focus on mapping contract types, configuring system metadata, and driving change management across international teams.

Location: Hybrid (Amsterdam, Netherlands). Must be living in the Netherlands and enrolled in a school for the duration of the internship.

Salary: €550 per month

What you will do

• Map all contract types and legal documents across the organization.
• Analyze and improve contract processes in collaboration with Legal, Procurement, Sales, and HR.
• Configure the CLM system, including workflows, approval processes, and templates.
• Test system features and identify UX improvements.
• Create process documentation and manuals for future users.
• Support change management through training materials and internal communications.

Requirements

• Currently studying Law, Legal Management, Legal Operations, Legal Tech, or a related field.
• Must be living in the Netherlands.
• Must be enrolled in a school for the duration of the internship.
• Commitment to the company's mission to end cocoa exploitation.
