What you will do

• Lead and coordinate risk identification activities, including surveys and assessment workshops across all business functions.
• Own and maintain the company-wide risk register, tracking risk ratings, mitigation status, and regulatory shifts.
• Act as the primary liaison between the Risk Management function and units like Finance, IT, Security, HR, and Operations.
• Prepare concise executive-level risk reports, dashboards, and presentations for senior leadership.
• Collaborate with Infrastructure and Technology departments to monitor cybersecurity and AI platform risks.

Requirements

• 4–7 years of experience in risk management, compliance, or internal audit, preferably within tech, AI, or cloud infrastructure.
• Solid working knowledge of ERM frameworks such as COSO ERM or ISO 31000.
• Proven experience maintaining enterprise-level risk registers in multi-entity international organizations.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to communicate risk data to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Must be authorized to work in the Netherlands.

Nice to have

• Exposure to AI governance, data privacy, or cybersecurity risks.
• Professional certifications in risk management (e.g., IRM Certificate/Diploma, CRISC).
• Experience with GRC software, data visualization, or dashboard reporting.
• Background in fast-scaling, high-growth, or pre-IPO environments.
