What you will do

• Manage a portfolio of trade partners, handling billing, collections, payments, and financial operations.
• Execute collection actions, follow up on invoices, and allocate incoming cash accurately.
• Collaborate with Finance, Sales, Legal, and Operations to resolve issues and improve cash flow.
• Monitor and report on KPIs including DSO, DPO, billing accuracy, disputes, and cash flow.
• Support process automation, audits, reconciliations, and internal controls.

Requirements

• Fluent in English (speaking, reading, writing);
• 2+ years in billing, collection, payment management, or related financial operations;
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or equivalent;
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills;
• Knowledge of collection/payment processes;
• Proficiency in MS Office, ERP/finance tools, Power BI, YayPay, D365.

• Additional languages;
