What you will do

• Define the product roadmap (why, when, and what) and lead cross-functional teams from ideation to launch.
• Develop product strategies that reflect the company vision and articulate business value to engineering teams.
• Coordinate the release process and all activities required to bring AI products to market.
• Prioritize product backlogs and benchmark market needs, competition, and emerging technologies.
• Analyze performance metrics and customer satisfaction to provide data-driven suggestions for improvements.

Requirements

• 3+ years of Product Management experience, preferably in a B2B SaaS product.
• Hands-on experience with Large Language Models (LLMs), including prompt engineering, evaluation, and tuning.
• Experience building LLM-powered agentic solutions and using APIs like OpenAI, Claude, or Mistral.
• Strong understanding of GenAI fundamentals (RAG, fine-tuning, hallucinations, bias, and accuracy).
• Proficiency in Agile Product Development and leading cross-functional teams.
• Fluent in English and Turkish.
