Salary: 20,100 – 31,790 PLN gross monthly

What you will do

• Create high-quality, real-time visual effects across all domains for gameplay, cinematics, and environments.
• Innovate and research new workflows, tools, and techniques to push real-time VFX boundaries.
• Deliver performant VFX that strictly adhere to technical budgets.
• Populate game environments with immersive and visually engaging effects.
• Collaborate with department leads and production to plan and estimate work.

Requirements

• Professional experience in the gaming industry with shipped or completed projects.
• Mandatory professional portfolio demonstrating VFX creation for games.
• Expertise in Unreal Engine 5, Niagara, and interrelated systems.
• Proficiency in SideFX Houdini and both real-time and baked simulations.
• Solid understanding of PBR concepts, real-time rendering, shaders, and lighting.
• Experience with performance and optimization procedures for real-time VFX.
