What you will do

• Own the central intake, structuring, and continuous development of the enterprise-wide AI use-case pipeline.
• Translate incoming business demands into high-quality, well-defined use cases with clear business value.
• Define and apply prioritization criteria aligned with the AI strategy to make informed delivery decisions.
• Develop comprehensive business cases and define impact logic, success, and validation criteria.
• Prepare and co-moderate use-case and transformation workshops to ensure alignment across business units.
• Steer pilot initiatives from a business perspective and optimize demand-management processes.

Requirements

• 5–8+ years of experience in management consulting, business development, or transformation roles.
• Strong expertise in demand management, pipeline, portfolio, or use-case governance.
• Proven ability to structure complex topics and drive initiatives from concept to execution.
• Experience in developing business cases and managing senior stakeholders.
• Solid understanding of digital and AI-based use cases from a business perspective.
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
