What you will do

• Define and evangelize the product vision and multi-year strategy for hirify.global for AI Agents.
• Lead the product management team to deliver the roadmap from initial concept through launch and beyond.
• Engage directly with customers and partners to gather feedback and validate the product direction.
• Build, coach, and mentor a high-performing team of product managers to foster a culture of innovation.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, design, sales, marketing, and customer success.

Requirements

• 10+ years of product management experience with a proven track record of shipping enterprise SaaS products.
• Deep knowledge of Identity and Access Management (IAM), including protocols like OAuth, SAML, and OIDC.
• Strong understanding of the AI landscape and the security challenges presented by AI agents.
• 3+ years of experience leading and mentoring product management teams.
• Experience in enterprise security, specifically Zero Trust, API security, and governance.
• Must be based in the San Francisco Bay Area for hybrid work.
