What you will do

• Define and prioritize product requirements aligned with business objectives and technical feasibility.
• Translate stakeholder needs into well-scoped user stories and epics.
• Maintain a prioritized product backlog with at least 3–4 sprints of groomed features.
• Lead Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and reviews.
• Monitor team performance and velocity, identifying and resolving blockers.
• Own the product roadmap and communicate updates to cross-functional stakeholders.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in a hybrid Product/Project Manager role, preferably in Agile environments.
• Strong technical acumen with experience working closely with engineering teams.
• Proficiency in tools such as Jira, Confluence, Trello, or similar.
• Experience managing cross-functional initiatives and stakeholder communications.
• Exceptional communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Must be based in Latin America.
