What you will do

• Own APJ territory execution, ensuring bookings adhere to company policy and maintain accuracy for complex transactions.
• Serve as the primary execution and escalation partner for the Finance Global Capability Center (FGCC).
• Collaborate with Sales, Deal Desk, and Finance to support complex deal structures and controls.
• Manage month-end and quarter-end close activities, including the improvement of reconciliations.
• Develop business performance reporting and dashboards to support planning and decision-making.
• Drive process improvement initiatives and support system enhancements (UAT) with Business Technology and Finance Transformation teams.

Requirements

• 6–8+ years of experience in Order Management, Sales Operations, Deal Desk, or a related role.
• Advanced knowledge of operational tools such as Salesforce, CPQ, NetSuite, and Tableau.
• Fluent in English and Japanese language.
• Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
