What you will do

• Liaise between C-suite executives, developers, architects, and UX designers to manage product backlogs.
• Mentor others and evangelize Agile, Lean, and Continuous Development analysis best practices.
• Collaborate on the analysis and design of complex business applications using modern technologies.

Requirements

• Proven track record of delivering impactful software within collaborative delivery teams.
• Experience in detailed story-writing and translating high-level client strategy into team outcomes.
• Deep proficiency in Agile, Lean, and Continuous Delivery methodologies.
• Experience modeling business processes to facilitate requirement elicitation sessions.
• Strong skills in prioritization, stakeholder buy-in, and conflict resolution in ambiguous situations.
• Must be a Singapore citizen or Singapore Permanent Resident (PR).
