TL;DR

Salary: €75,000 — €103,400 EUR (OTE)

What you will do

  • Act as a trusted Identity Coach, providing technical guidance, enablement, and best practices to achieve customer objectives.
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with stakeholders ranging from developers and engineering leads to C-level executives.
  • Conduct regular strategic and technical meetings to review progress, roadmap alignment, and identity solutions.
  • Monitor customer health and satisfaction, proactively addressing risks and managing escalations.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to increase product adoption and uncover growth opportunities within the customer identity space.
  • Represent the voice of the customer to shape the company's product approach and feature development.

Requirements

  • Must be based in Dublin, Ireland.
  • 5+ years of experience in information technology.
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience as a Technical Account Manager (or similar) specifically within the customer identity/IAM space.
  • Proficiency in OAuth, OpenID Connect, and SAML 2.0 protocols.
  • Experience with APIs, HTTP request methods, and SaaS/PaaS/cloud-based services.
  • Strong understanding of the cybersecurity landscape, threats, and the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
