What you will do

• Provide hands-on implementation and deployment consulting services for Okta customers.
• Gather and document post-sales requirements to design high-quality deployment solutions.
• Manage project scope, schedules, and documentation for multiple concurrent deployments.
• Perform technical design, configuration, and troubleshooting of identity services.
• Collaborate with Product Management, Engineering, and Support to drive product development.
• Mentor customers and internal team members on identity life cycle management.

Requirements

• 5-7 years of experience as a technical consultant delivering external customer solutions.
• Proficiency with identity protocols: SAML 2.0, OAuth, OpenID Connect, and WS-Federation.
• Software development experience in Java, Ruby, .NET, PHP, or REST/JSON.
• Experience with JavaScript and major MVC frameworks (React, Angular, etc.).
• Must be a U.S. Person (Citizen, National, Lawful Permanent Resident, Refugee, or Asylee).
• Must have an active Top Secret Clearance.

• Experience implementing Okta solutions for organizations.
• Experience designing security and identity management for critical systems.
• Mobile development experience (iOS and Android).
