Salary: $100,000 - $139,500 CAD

What you will do
- Design, develop, and maintain tools that support production workflows.
- Debug and resolve pipeline issues across multiple stages of development.
- Automate repetitive tasks to improve efficiency and reduce human error.
- Collaborate with artists to identify workflow challenges and implement practical solutions.
- Document tools and provide technical support to content teams.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience developing production-ready tools and pipelines for game development.
- Strong scripting/programming skills in Python, C#, or similar.
- Experience building tools in DCC applications such as Maya, Blender, or Houdini.
- Familiarity with game engines (Unity, Unreal) and asset integration workflows.
- Experience with version control systems including Git or Perforce.
- Must be based in Vancouver, BC, Canada for hybrid work.
