What you will do

• Conduct "test drives" on AI agents to ensure they follow instructions and flag deviations.
• Review and manually update AI-generated drafts for factual accuracy, tone, and formatting.
• Perform content gap analysis using specialized tools to identify missing topics.
• Assist in the governance process by scanning the content library to identify outdated information.
• Maintain and update instruction manuals for humans and AI based on evolving brand guidelines.
• Prepare impact summaries and reports on AI content performance for business partners.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree (graduating in December 2026 or Spring 2027) in Data Science, Information Management, Digital Media, Cognitive Science, or related fields.
• Experience with AI Prompt Engineering and familiarity with Large Language Models (LLMs).
• Proficiency in data tooling and technical troubleshooting.
• Analytical thinking, process-oriented mindset, and high attention to detail.
• Clear communication skills and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
