Salary: $74,000 - $102,000 USD

What you will do
- Design and deliver role-based training curricula and hands-on workshops for consultants and leaders.
- Manage the full user enablement lifecycle, including onboarding, release rollouts, and feature communications.
- Execute change management strategies, including stakeholder mapping and the activation of AI Champion networks.
- Build and maintain a centralized AI enablement hub, knowledge base, and resource library.
- Define and track adoption KPIs and iterate on content based on user feedback and data.
Requirements
- 5-8+ years of experience in training, enablement, or change management.
- At least 2 years focused specifically on technology or platform adoption.
- Proven ability to facilitate workshops for groups of 10 to 200 people, both virtually and in person.
- Experience working within professional services, consulting, or technology firms.
- Outstanding communication skills to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
Nice to have
- Certification in change management frameworks such as Prosci or ADKAR.
- Hands-on proficiency with generative AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude, or Copilot.
- Experience managing enablement for enterprise SaaS rollouts (e.g., Salesforce, Anaplan).
- Familiarity with instructional design and e-learning tools like Articulate, Loom, or Camtasia.
