What you will do

• Engage AI models with realistic small business scenarios and operational challenges.
• Evaluate model outputs related to budgeting, pricing, marketing strategy, and hiring decisions.
• Assess whether AI responses are practical and aligned with actual Very Small Business (VSB) operations.
• Capture reproducible error traces and provide structured feedback to improve prompts and evaluation criteria.
• Identify instances where models oversimplify trade-offs or misunderstand common resource constraints.

Requirements

• Current owner or co-owner of a small business.
• Experience in industries such as retail, e-commerce, professional services, technology, hospitality, or healthcare.
• Ability to explicitly articulate the "how" and "why" behind business decisions.
• Must be located in the United States.
• Access to a secure computer and high-speed internet.
