What you will do

• Manage Amazon and retail search campaigns, performing daily optimizations and high-level strategy changes.
• Analyze campaign performance data from Amazon Ad Console and other platforms to create action plans tied to business goals.
• Collaborate with account leadership to evolve the media mix and retail strategy for assigned clients.
• Handle reporting, keyword research, ad copy development, and bid optimizations.
• Utilize AI technologies and the proprietary Nova ecosystem to enhance and optimize business processes.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of digital marketing experience (agency experience preferred).
• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with Amazon/Retail search or Google paid search advertising.
• Experience with platforms such as Amazon Ad Console, Walmart Connect, Instacart Ads, Criteo Retail, or CitrusAd.
• Advanced proficiency in spoken and written English.
• Must be based in Colombia.
• Proficiency in Google/Microsoft Office Suite.
