What you will do

• Design and maintain core infrastructure for security SaaS, focusing on high availability and scalability.
• Operate and optimize tooling for Snowflake data systems.
• Develop robust automation using code to eliminate toil and standardize deployment pipelines.
• Collaborate with security teams to embed a security-first mindset into infrastructure and ensure compliance.
• Lead root cause analysis and implement preventative measures during incident response and on-call rotations.
• Partner with development and data science teams on architectural decisions and new service implementation.

Requirements

• U.S. Person status (Citizen, National, LPR, Refugee, or Asylee) is required.
• Strong production-level coding skills to solve complex operational challenges.
• Deep experience with Terraform for cloud infrastructure provisioning.
• Expertise in managing large-scale production clusters with Kubernetes.
• Experience with Snowflake platform and database schema management tools like Flyway.
• Familiarity with modern CI/CD practices, specifically Spinnaker.

Nice to have

• Experience or strong interest in AI/ML (AIOps, predictive analysis) to improve operational efficiency.
