Location: Must be based in Poland (Warsaw office for future hybrid model)

Salary: 330,000 – 484,000 PLN (Annual OTE)

What you will do

• Act as the primary technical and identity domain expert during the sales cycle for customers and partners.
• Deliver product demonstrations, architecture walkthroughs, and whiteboard sessions to developers and C-level executives.
• Lead and support technical validation activities, including Proofs of Concept (PoCs).
• Collaborate with Account Executives on territory and account strategies to acquire new business.
• Build and manage technical relationships with strategic partners to drive incremental revenue.
• Advise partners on IAM matters and help integrate hirify.global into their Go-To-Market strategy.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in a customer-facing technical role (pre-sales engineering, consulting, or professional services).
• Deep understanding of Identity and Access Management (IAM) concepts and protocols, including OAuth 2.0, OIDC, or SAML.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Strong communication and presentation skills for articulating complex technical ideas to highly skilled audiences.
• Fluency in Polish and English is required.

Nice to have

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, MIS, or a comparable field.
• Hands-on coding experience in JavaScript, Java, C#, Node, Python, PHP, or Ruby.
• Ability to architect and integrate CIAM solutions across web, mobile, and cloud platforms.
• Expertise in AI-driven customer experience integration, AI agents, and Fine-Grained Authorization.
• Experience with public speaking, technical blogging, or conference presentations.
