What you will do

• Lead functional analysis, design, and configuration for SAP EAM/PM processes including asset master data, maintenance planning, work orders, and notifications.
• Translate business requirements into functional designs, configurations, and solution recommendations.
• Provide expert input on integrations with FI/CO, Asset Accounting, MM, and Procurement modules.
• Support implementations, rollouts, enhancements, testing, UAT, data migration, and cutover activities.
• Act as escalation point for complex issues, review designs, and guide junior consultants.
• Collaborate with architects and technical teams on integrations, enhancements, reporting, and process improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent.
• 7–10+ years of SAP experience with specialization in EAM/PM.
• Proven delivery of SAP EAM solutions in large enterprise environments.
• Hands-on experience with SAP ECC and S/4HANA EAM.
• Experience influencing solution architecture decisions.
• SAP EAM/PM or S/4HANA certification preferred; asset-intensive industry background (energy, utilities, manufacturing).
