What you will do

• Lead requirements gathering and solution design for SAP and non-SAP EDI integrations
• Collaborate with business partners to analyze processes and recommend optimizations
• Evaluate system options considering risk, cost/benefit, and business impact
• Design and implement complex SAP EDI configurations across full lifecycle
• Define and lead end-to-end integration testing strategies
• Troubleshoot complex EDI incidents, conduct root-cause analysis, and support releases

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business or Technical field
• Minimum 5 years SAP EDI customer/vendor support experience
• Minimum 3 years defining/leading functional and integration testing strategies
• Minimum 3 years process improvement for operational support systems
• Experience communicating technical/functional specifications
• Experience with EDI documents 850, 855, 856, 810; SAP IDoc processing, ALE configuration

Nice to have

• Experience with GXS/Open Text
• Experience with ANSI X.12, XML, cXML formats
• Exposure to PI with B2B Add-On
