What you will do

• Translate business stakeholder requirements and challenges into detailed, actionable user stories.
• Configure Salesforce CPQ, including product and price rule configuration and advanced approvals.
• Collaborate with developers and administrators to design and implement platform enhancements and customizations.
• Partner with Deal Desk, Partner Ops, and Sales Ops to optimize the CPQ platform for Direct and Channel Sales teams.
• Maintain data integrity and create reports and dashboards to provide insights into key performance metrics.
• Design and implement seamless integrations between Salesforce and other internal organizational systems.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Implementation Consultant specializing in Salesforce Sales Cloud and CPQ.
• Proven experience with Salesforce integrations, specifically connecting CRM platforms with product-led systems.
• Demonstrated ability to own the end-to-end delivery lifecycle from conception through post-deployment support.
• Must be based in Warsaw, Poland (Hybrid).
• Salesforce certifications (Administrator, Sales Cloud Consultant, or CPQ Specialist) are highly preferred.
