What you will do

• Elicit, analyze, and document business and data requirements for metadata, Data Catalog, and data relationships.
• Design functional specifications and lead end-to-end analysis initiatives for system enhancements.
• Partner with product managers, engineers, and architects to refine backlog and review solution designs.
• Create mockups or wireframes to visualize features and improve user experience.
• Analyze metadata quality gaps and recommend improvements.
• Support QA engineers and create adoption materials, user guides, and release documentation.

Requirements

• Experience as Business Analyst in software, data, or enterprise technology.
• Fluent in English
• Strong experience gathering and documenting complex business requirements for developers and QA.
• Proven analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Experience in complex projects with cross-functional teams.
• Experience in business analysis methods, user interface design, and usability.

Nice to have

• Proficient in JSON Schema for structured data models.
• Experience with metadata management, data modeling, or enterprise data platforms.
• Familiarity with data governance, metadata standards, and data quality.
