TL;DR

Revenue Operations Associate (SaaS): Support and improve the operational backbone of revenue lifecycle including billing, contracts, customer usage, and internal systems with an accent on data accuracy, payment collection, and operational efficiency. Focus on monitoring billing systems like Stripe, resolving payment issues, maintaining revenue data hygiene across HubSpot and dashboards, and facilitating smooth handoffs between sales, support, and billing.

Open to candidates based in Latin America. Remote or hybrid work options (preference for hybrid from Buenos Aires office). Full English fluency required. Work hours follow Eastern Standard Time (EST) for U.S. markets.

OTE: $2,000–$2,500 USD / month (Base: $1,500 USD + Variable: $500–$1,000 USD performance-based)

What you will do

• Monitor billing systems (e.g., Stripe) for failed payments, overdue invoices, and ensure timely collections.
• Proactively follow up with customers to resolve billing issues and complete payments.
• Align customer contracts, billing, product usage, and system records for accuracy.
• Maintain clean revenue data across HubSpot, billing tools, and internal dashboards.
• Support handoffs between Sales, Support, and Billing with accurate deal and status updates.
• Handle customer billing requests for invoices, receipts, and tax documentation (e.g., W-9).
• Identify revenue risks from unpaid accounts and improve process visibility.
• Document workflows and identify automation opportunities.
• Own recurring revenue tasks to reduce leadership burden.

Requirements

• Open to LATAM-based candidates with full English fluency and ability to work EST hours.
• Experience in revenue operations, billing, accounts receivable, or similar (SaaS preferred).
• Comfortable following up with customers on billing and payments.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and independent execution.
• Clear professional English communication skills.
• Experience with CRM (HubSpot preferred) and billing tools (Stripe or similar).
• Self-starter thriving in fast-paced startup environment.
